Description Creative Grids – 90 Degrees Double Strip Ruler Ruler size: 7″ x 18.625″ The Creative Grids 90 degree Double Strip Ruler helps cut half square triangles, quarter square triangles, 60 degree triangles and 45 degree kaleidoscope triangles from pairs of 2.5″ strips sewn together into a 4.5″ strip set. Use the straight side of this double strip ruler to cut 1.5 inch and 2.5 inch strips (or use the pre-cuts that are on the market). Sew these strips together to create a 4.5 inch wide strip set. Turn-a-Round the ruler to cut half-square triangles that finish 4 inches. Place two strips of fabric (right sides together) and cut 5 pair of half-square triangles at one time without wasting any fabric. The holes in the ruler enable the rotary cutter to cut the triangles without damaging the ruler. The ruler slides easily over the fabric until pressure is applied.
