We have been using these for over a year and love them. We smoke our steaks first, then raose the temp to 425. Add the grill grates and sear for 4 1/2 minutes on each side. They are perfect everytime with wonderful grill marks. This year we gave two sets as gifts and the recipients were so excited! Great product, would recommend to everyone. JJJ
